This is our second strategy, to establish your core values, so that whatever the size, shape and detail of your ideal business we never lose sight of what your business needs to do for you energetically or emotionally so that you can stay committed to and passionate about it.

In establishing your values you can ensure that your career or business manifests in ways that satisfy your principles, ethos and ethics. A business that earns you the money you want but which doesn’t cater to your fundamental needs for free time, self expression or joy isn’t your ideal business because your inner self isn’t satisfied by it. In my experience this can lead to anything from a drop in motivation and creativity to finding it hard to get new clients any of which in turn lead to increased stress or simply disillusionment.
